4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing error.
Payments are processed securely through available payment providers and payment methods offered at checkout, which may include Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and major credit and debit card networks.
We may cancel an order where there is a genuine and obvious pricing, product or technical error, subject to applicable Australian consumer law.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Average delivery time across Australia is generally 5–9 business days from dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability and other circumstances.
All orders include free Australian delivery, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where a product is not delivered within the required or agreed timeframe.
6. Returns, Cancellations and Consumer Guarantees
We offer a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy for eligible purchases. This voluntary policy is separate from and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
For change-of-mind returns, items should be returned within 30 days of receiving the order, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law, return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
